More Than a Million Worse Off Than Nine Months Ago
04/08/2011

Legal & General have recently conducted a survey which identified that the number of households left with little money after paying monthly bills has increased to 12million, this has risen by 1.3million households over the last year. The report also estimated that 60% of UK households are juggling between paying bills and sinking into further debt.
National Savings and Investments have also reported that 6million people in the UK do not have any savings. This has come as a result of the high levels of inflation and pay freezes, leaving people with little or no money to save.
Homeowners aged over 55 years who are worried about lack of cash for emergencies and would like to know how much money the value of their property could release to increase their income, can find out by contacting therightequityrelease.co.uk for equity release advice.
