Millions of Families Can't Afford a Holiday
06/06/2011

It was recently reported in the national press that a third of middle-income households are not able to take a weeks holiday due to limited finances. It was reported in the Department for Work and Pensions’ annual survey of families and poverty that 36% of households who would like a weeks holiday cannot afford one, this is in contrast to the figure of 31% in 2007.
Homeowners aged over 55 years who cannot afford a holiday and would like to know how much money the value of their property could release to help, can find out by contacting therightequityrelease.co.uk for equity release advice.
