Household Bills Increase by 54 Pounds a Week in Just Six Months
10/06/2011

Moneysupermarket recently reported that a typical household has seen a £54 a week rise in the cost of bills over the last six months. The most signicant price rises are in energy and food.
It comes as official figures, published by the Office for National Statistics, show inflation surged to 4.5% last month, the highest level since October 2008 and more than double the Government’s 2% target.
Homeowners aged over 55 years who are worried about their household bills and would like to know how much money the value of their property could release to increase their income, can find out by contacting therightequityrelease.co.uk for equity release advice.
