Families Are 10 Pounds a Week Worse Off Than a Year Ago
12/05/2011

It was recently reported in the National Press that according to the Centre for Economics and Business Research, households are £10 per week worse off now than they were a year ago. This has been caused by the rapid rises in inflation and the comparatively small pay increases, in some cases pay freezes.
According to the Office for National Statistics inflation dropped slightly in March but the Consumer Prices Index remained at 4%, double the Bank of England's target.
Homeowners aged over 55 years who find themselves worse off and would like to know how much money the value of their property could release to increase their income, can find out by contacting therightequityrelease.co.uk for equity release advice.
