Could Equity Release Ease Doubts About Pension Funds
19/07/2010

A survey carried out by financial services provider Aviva, Pensions Ladder, reflected growing concerns among parents worried about the future of their children.
The poll found that forty seven per cent of parents were taking steps to ensure that their children saved enough for their retirement and 36 per cent of parents were ready to take additional measures to help start their children's pensions savings.
Head of pensions at Aviva, Paul Goodwin, said: "All too often people put off saving for the future, but individuals really need to make sure that they're doing something about it today."
Recently, Laith Khalaf, pensions expert at Hargreaves Lansdown emphasised the importance of considering other financial options to secure a steady and reliable income during retirement.
Homeowners aged over 55 years who would like to know how much money the value of their property could release to help with their retirement can find out by contacting therightequityrelease.co.uk for equity release advice.
