Renewable Energy Might Add 500 Pounds to Households' Fuel Bill Within Four Years
21/10/2011

It has recently been announced that the Government’s proposed changes to more renewable energy sources will cost the average household £500 over a period of 4 years. Dr Richard Wellings, of the Institute of Economic Affairs, says: ‘It is clear the Government’s current plans will impose severe burdens on both business and households yet will fail to make a significant difference to the climate.’
The official figures suggest that building thousands of wind turbines will cost £100billion over the next 10 years. This has been planned following David Cameron announcement that the Coalition will be the ‘greenest government ever’.
Homeowners aged over 55 years who are concerned about the costs of renewable energy and would like to know how much money the value of their property could release to increase their income, can find out by contacting therightequityrelease.co.uk for equity release advice.
